Refund Policy
This policy explains the refund eligibility, application materials and handling process for VPN94 subscriptions. Before paying, review the order alongside plan pricing and the Terms of Service. Refund-related communications and progress records are kept in support tickets in the user panel.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You can request a full refund without a stated reason within 60 days of your first payment. The application window starts with the first successful payment and is verified against the ticket submission time. You do not need to provide proof of connection problems or explain why you no longer use the service. Order verification confirms the payment and its owner; it does not require you to prove that the service had a problem.
Please identify the order you want refunded in your request. A renewal, upgrade or separate data-package purchase does not restart the first-payment window. Refund eligibility for these orders must be reviewed individually in a ticket; the first-payment commitment does not automatically give each order its own new refund period.
Data packages do not expire. This describes the validity of the data, not an unlimited refund application window. Requests made after the window above are not covered by this policy's stated commitment to a full refund without a stated reason.
Usage Records and Order Review
Connecting normally, importing a subscription or using data does not, by itself, justify refusing the refund commitment above. VPN94 does not set an unpublished percentage of used data or usage threshold in this policy. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; normal resets or usage are not, by themselves, evidence of unusual activity.
Orders involving data beyond the plan allowance, duplicate charges, inconsistent order statuses or accounts flagged for violations must first be reviewed against the records and relevant Terms of Service. A flag is not a refund decision, and a vague allegation of a violation does not replace a specific explanation.
Orders that were not successfully paid or have already been refunded are not eligible for a second refund. For payments whose ownership cannot be verified, additional information may be required. If you disagree with the decision, reply in the original ticket and ask which order records and terms it is based on.
How to Apply and What to Include
Sign in to the user panel and submit a refund request through the support ticket page. Include your account username, order number, payment time, payment amount and payment method. If the payment record does not match the order amount, you may attach payment evidence that explains the difference.
Before submitting, cover any information on the evidence that is unrelated to the order. Do not send your account password, subscription link, wallet private key or other payment credentials. VPN94 does not require an email address to create an account; a username and password are enough. Refund verification does not require an email address either.
After submitting, check the original ticket for requests for additional information and the outcome. This helps keep records together and avoids duplicate submissions. If you cannot sign in, see account help first, then submit your order verification materials once you regain access.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method
VPN94 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refunds are generally handled through the original payment method. For Alipay and WeChat Pay orders, the payment channel's refund status and the payer's transaction records are used for verification. A ticket marked complete does not, by itself, mean the funds have arrived.
A USDT transfer is different from reversing a transaction through a payment platform. Before returning a transfer, the original transaction record, network used and receiving address must be checked in a ticket, and the return method confirmed. Do not infer a receiving address from a username or use addresses from different networks interchangeably.
If a refund cannot be returned through the original payment method, the reason must first be explained and the handling method confirmed with the applicant. It will not be changed without consent to an account balance or another substitute. Any network fees, exchange rates or differences in the amount returned must be explained before processing; this policy does not set unpublished fee rules.
Checking Refund Status
Refund progress depends on order verification, payment channel processing and, where applicable, on-chain confirmation. This policy does not promise a fixed arrival time beyond the stated facts. Distinguish between a request received, a refund initiated and funds received, and compare ticket records with payment records.
If you have been told a refund was sent but cannot find the funds, update the original ticket with the current status so VPN94 can check the refund record or transaction evidence. The outcome should also explain when the related service benefits end. Submitting a request does not mean the refund is complete.
For disputes about existing orders after this policy is updated, the applicable terms and records from the time of payment will be reviewed. Later edits to this page will not retroactively reduce a refund commitment that was clearly made. See the Privacy Policy for information about account data handling.
