Pricing Overview

Plans start at ¥9.9/month. Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, with a 60-day money-back guarantee. The table below lists monthly plans and data packs. Since they use different billing models, compare more than just the price.

Monthly plan data resets on your activation date. Mid-cycle upgrade price differences are prorated into the remaining days. Data packs do not replenish monthly.

Choose a billing model based on Usage

If you use international routes regularly, consider a monthly plan. If your usage is more occasional and you want to keep unused data, explore data packs. Only the available billing options are listed; there are no additional long-term plans or discount tiers.

Data resets monthly on your activation date. The allowance is a capacity, not a speed guarantee; a larger plan does not mean every website will load faster.

¥9.9 / month
60GB

60GB monthly plan

A good fit for browsing, research, and messaging. If you are unsure how much data you use, check the usage records in the panel first, then decide whether to change tiers.

The monthly data allowance is the limit. HD video, downloads, and background sync can use data continuously, so everyday browsing is not a reliable guide to how much these tasks will consume.

¥18 / month
250GB

250GB monthly plan

A good fit if you stream audio or video, transfer files, or switch between multiple devices in addition to browsing and research. Consider usage across all your devices, not just your main computer.

A larger allowance does not mean unlimited data. If you often sync cloud storage or leave videos on autoplay, check your remaining data regularly and use your actual usage records to decide whether to upgrade.

¥28 / month
500GB

500GB monthly plan

A good fit for frequent use of international routes, heavier file transfers, or higher combined usage across multiple devices. If you have usage records, compare recent consumption with this allowance.

This plan still has a data limit. Your viewing experience also depends on your local network, selected route, and the destination service. Plan data does not guarantee connection quality or access to a platform.

Every plan Includes

Unlimited

Use on supported platforms. If multiple devices are online at once, they share the account's data allowance; device count and data capacity are separate billing factors.

100+ countries / 190+ routes

International routes are available across the stated coverage. Check the panel for specific countries, route types, and available locations. Coverage figures are not a performance guarantee for every route.

Five platforms supported

Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Sign in to access your subscription and find client downloads in the user panel. iOS availability is subject to the options shown in the panel.

No logs

This is VPN94's privacy policy. For information about data involved in account, order, and refund processing, read the privacy policy. A network connection service is not a guarantee that all app data is protected.

Check access to streaming services and AI tools individually. A subscription provides international routes; it does not include memberships, content purchases, or account permissions for destination platforms. Access and available content may also depend on each platform's own rules. Check the account requirements for your target service before choosing a route; plan capacity does not guarantee access.

Describe connection and order issues separately. For help, submit details through a support ticket in the user panel. For connection issues, include the platform, route, and error message. For order issues, include the relevant order details. Clear information helps identify the cause better than switching plans repeatedly. No response time is promised unless stated.

Compare Billing Models

The main difference between monthly plans and data packs is how data is allocated. First decide whether you need a regular monthly allowance, then compare tiers. Avoid comparing different billing models as if they were the same product.

If your usage has changed noticeably, check your consumption records first. Do not estimate how many days your data will last based only on file sizes, viewing time, or device count; background tasks and usage patterns also affect consumption.

Payment Methods and Order Checks

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT

Alipay WeChat Pay USDT

Pay through the user panel. This page is for checking prices and terms; it does not provide payment addresses or collect payment credentials in articles or support tickets.

  1. Choose a plan and check your order. In the panel, confirm the plan name, data allowance, billing model, and amount. Check monthly plans and data packs separately; do not rely on similar-looking data figures alone.
  2. Pay through the checkout page. Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, and follow the information shown on the page. For USDT, carefully verify the network and payment details provided at checkout. Do not copy an address from another page.
  3. Return to the panel to check the status. Confirm that the order is complete and your subscription details have been updated. If the status is unclear, keep the relevant order information and ask through a support ticket. Avoid creating another payment before checking.

After getting your subscription, open the client section in the user panel and import it for your platform. Installing and importing are connection steps, not proof of payment; check the order record for billing status. For step-by-step instructions, see the Guides. For connection issues, see Help.

60-day Money-Back Guarantee

Request through the user panel

VPN94 offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, sign in to the relevant account, open a support ticket, explain your request, and include the order details. The refund policy explains eligibility and how to apply; order records help identify the payment to be reviewed.

Do not send passwords, full subscription links, or sensitive information unrelated to your order in a support ticket. If you have multiple orders, specify which one you want reviewed; mentioning only the plan name may cause confusion.

Keep refund requests separate from troubleshooting

If you want to keep using the service, describe the connection issue so it can be investigated. If you want a refund, state that clearly. Troubleshooting details can provide context, but there is no need to turn a refund request into a technical report.

Check progress in your support ticket. This page does not promise a processing or payment-provider timeline. Before applying, read the Refund Policy and Terms of Service. For privacy details, see the Privacy Policy.

Billing and Refund FAQ

How much do monthly plans and data packs cost?

¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, and ¥658 for 3000GB. They last until used and never expire. Monthly plan data resets on the activation date each month.

How many devices can I use with one account?

There is no device limit. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. When using multiple devices at once, keep in mind that they share the account's data allowance; more devices do not mean more data. Download clients and access your subscription through the user panel after signing in. iOS availability is subject to the options shown in the panel.

How long is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available for any reason within 60 days. Sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, explain that you are requesting a refund, and include the relevant order details. Do not send your password or full subscription link. Check the refund policy for eligibility and instructions; follow progress in your ticket.

Which payment methods are supported?

Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Choose a plan, then open the user panel and verify the order amount and plan name before paying as instructed on the checkout page. After payment, return to the panel to check the order status and subscription details. Do not assume an order is complete just because the checkout page closed.

When does monthly plan data reset, and how is a mid-cycle upgrade calculated?

Data resets monthly on your activation date. For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Resets do not happen at the start of each calendar month. Before upgrading, check the prorated amount, data allowance, and validity period in the panel, then confirm to proceed.

Do data packs expire, and do they mean unlimited data?

Data packs last until used and never expire, but they are not unlimited. The 300GB, 1000GB, and 3000GB options each include the stated total allowance. Never expiring refers to validity; it does not mean data is added monthly. Check the panel for how a data pack combines with an existing subscription.
